Tips for preparing a healthy breakfast and lunch

Fresh cool wind, voice of Azan, chirping of birds - fragrance of flowers and brightly shining sun, all tell us about the beginning of a new day.
And then with the sound of alarm we get up to get ready for daily routine activities.The whole day we are so busy that we dont have time to think about ourselves , to think
 about our health. The most important thing which we ignore is the preparation of breakfast and lunch.For daily routine tasks we need energy.to get
energy here are some tips for the preparation of breakfast and lunch.
1 One cup of tea with out sugar and milk is a mouth wash.
2 Along tea one apple gives you complete energy.
banana with a small packet of milk a boiled egg or pasta with minced meat gives you complete energy.
In the morning take a cup of tea slice and egg but if you are getting late then have your brakfast in office before doing  anything.
Take home - made lunch with you.Biryani , French fries , burgur and broast all these things increase your weight.Select good food for good health.
In this regard fruits are very important.Use lemon also it decreases your weight.In the morning everyone is in a hurry.Ciet your lunch ready at
night.Also keep a bottle of water in refrigerator.For more convenience , make a list of whole week,s lunch and paste it on your refrigerator.For example
prepare fried minced meet , boiled eggs , baked chicken and keep them in your refrigerator.You can make your lunch with boiled chicken and pasta you can ad green apple also.Sprinkle lemon also.Make your morning more beautiful with a healthy body and mind.
