It is offten seen in many house that great attention is paid on the making o food.But as food is served on the table the children start making faces
and this siluation is a great worry for a mother.
1. Remember:eating habits start developing in a child when he is 4 months old.
At this age give your child juice of fresh ruits and 3 to 4 tablespoon of meat or vegetable stock.
2. In the bgining start only one type of food and give him time to get familiar with the taste.
3. Don,t porce your child on eating more when his tummy is full he stops eating by himself.
4. If a child is not willing to eat something don,t force him and don,t give him that thing for sometime.
5. Don,t add sugar in milke.Give everything in its original form.
6. At the age of g to 9 months give your child pieces of cooked vegetables.
7. Dont give your child one thing continuously but change the order of things.
